The building, originally constructed in 1905, now features 48 individual loft apartments, each with premium granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers. The Arbaugh also offers convenient on-site underground and surface residential parking with proximity card security entries and monitor visitor entry. The building’s personality is enhanced with exposed brick interior walls and soaring 15-foot ceilings. The building has been refurbished and remodeled to include exposed ductwork and large windows that provide a front row seat to downtown Lansing nightlife.

Residents here have access to technology that makes life just a bit more convenient. This includes an online Tenant Portal that allows you to schedule, pay, and track rent payments securely online. Property requests can also be submitted online. Of course, in any property emergency, we offer 24-hour maintenance service.
